Window Shopper #3

So because I'm such a poor student right now as always, 

and I would actually like to eat food for the next few weeks

I have decided to try to not spend money unnecessarily for the next few months.

Which is the worst timing because I'm going to miss all of the sales,

I didn't know Black Friday sales applied in the UK as well 

and I'm watching all the haul videos on the youtubes and it makes me want to cry :(.

So to cheer myself up, here's another edition of the window shopper.

1. Slouchy stripe knit from Nasty Gal. I'm super obsessed with stripes, especially monochrome, and even though it's cold, I still want this sheer top or something along the lines of this. I can just layer over this with a few tihngs or be cold this winter. I love going onto Nasty Gal and having a gander at any of the stuff they have there, but I have only shopped there once, because the shipping is ridic. Does anyone know a store like NG that has reasonable shipping? I will love you forever!

2. Wooden heel sandal from American Apparel. Now that they have these in black, the temptation inside me is so strong. But I have to say 'Nay, Mode, Nay. Remember there is food to be eaten and rent to pay.'. However I am very much inspired to do a DIY with a similar pair of brown H&M heels I have. Black spray paint anyone?

3.Melanie 'Retrometric' skirt from Boohoo.com. Pencil skirts are my favourite kind for my body shape, as well as they can often double up as work appropriate wear and a nice outfit for drinks with the girlies. Though this leans more towards a night out for me, I can see me pairing this with a black cropped mohair jumper and those heeled sandals. Drooooooool.

4.Houndstooth mid-length pencil skirt from American Apparel. AA always get things so right. If I could I think I would only own their clothes. And starting with this skirt! It exactly what I need, as this can definitely be work appropriate as well as party get-up, and I definitely need versatile clothing, as my floordrobe has started creeping onto my bed.

5. Toyinge Melange long sleeve cardigan from Missguided. As my two maxi cardigans that I bought two years ago, have finally been binned, I have a large hole in my life. I don't know what it is about wearing an almost floor length cardigan that I love. Maybe because it makes me feel like I'm wearing a wizard cape, and swish around whenever I put this on.

6. Wonder pencil from NYX. The gyaru lover in me still loves the enlarging effect of putting a light eyeliner in the waterline. But obviously using white, as many other gyaru do is a no no in my book for a darker complexioned girl like me, and so I've been looking for the perfect peachy brown colour, and here it is! And they are so cheap, there's no excuse not to get all three colours and experiment.
